🐾 Bella’s Blog: The Great Medication Meltdown of 2026 🐾

Dear Diary,

This morning started like any other perfectly scheduled, well-managed, highly professional Bella day… until it didn’t.

Let me set the scene.

I, Bella Queen of the Household, Keeper of Treats, Bringer of Joy had already completed my most important task of the morning: breakfast consumption. Efficient. Flawless. No notes.

And then…

💉 The Medication Situation.

Momma suddenly freezes.

I see it in her eyes. The panic. The horror. The realization.

“WE HAVE NO NEEDLES.”

Excuse me… what do you mean we have no needles?
Was this not part of your job description, Momma??

Naturally, chaos ensues.

Momma begins pacing. Phone in hand. Voice elevated. Slight dramatic flair (honestly, I respect it). Meanwhile, I am sitting there, calm, collected, and frankly a little concerned about the drop in service standards around here.

Then comes the next development…

🚗 Pappy is dispatched.

No hesitation. No briefing. Just:
“GO. TO. THE. VET.”

Poor Pappy. He didn’t even finish his coffee. Off he goes on what can only be described as a mission of national importance — securing the sacred needles.

Meanwhile, Momma is spiraling because — and I quote
“NO ONE ELSE CAN DO THIS BUT ME.”

Correct. Finally, some truth.

Let’s be clear:
This is a highly specialized procedure requiring:

Precision

Skill

Emotional support (for me, obviously)

And snacks afterward (also for me)

The rest of the household? Lovely. Supportive. Completely unqualified.

And just when you think things couldn’t get more dramatic…

💻 Momma forgets her laptop.

Yes. The meeting laptop.
The one required for her very important human responsibilities.

So now we have:

No needles ❌

Pappy on a rescue mission 🚗

Momma mid-panic 😱

AND no laptop 💻

Honestly… I haven’t seen a morning unravel like this since the Vacuum Incident of last spring.

Eventually, Pappy returns victorious with the goods. The vet team ready to assist, Momma regaining composure, and order slowly being restored to the kingdom.

And me?

I handled it all with grace, courage, and only minimal judgment.

Because at the end of the day, Diary,
even when things go completely off the rails…

I remain the calm in the chaos.
The patient in the panic.
The icon in the dysfunction.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I will be taking a well-deserved nap to recover from the emotional toll of watching everyone else lose control.

Yours in resilience (and snacks),
Bella 🐾
