Good morning, friends! 🌞
The house was already buzzing before the coffee pot finished brewing. Momma was darting around with her “nurse hat” on, making sure everyone got their meds (yes, even me don’t worry, I was brave about my insulin 💉). Wilson gave his usual “I don’t wanna!” look with his pills, while Dory strutted back in from her morning walk like she owned the block. Luci, of course, was too busy barking at the mail truck to notice she had breakfast waiting. And Pearl? She’s basically part of the family now, trotting in from next door like she pays rent.
Meanwhile, Momma was muttering about her morning commute 🚗💨 and the “joys” of traffic. I tried to tell her that belly rub breaks are more important than brake lights, but apparently that’s not how humans see it.
Today feels like one of those “hold onto your leash” kind of days full of little surprises. Maybe we’ll have an adventure, maybe just a whole lot of shenanigans right here at home. Either way, I’ll keep my tail wagging and report back later. 🐶✨
